As Principal at Cloud Apps Capital Partners, Jackson leads the vertical markets strategy, sources new investments, works on new investment diligence, provides support for portfolio companies, and leads the firm’s cloud financial modeling and reserves processes. Prior to joining Cloud Apps Capital Partners, Jackson was an associate in the technology investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Palo Alto. He advised clients in the software and internet sectors on IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Jackson also spent time in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Equity Capital Markets division in New York, where he worked closely with companies helping them to raise over $15B+ in equity and equity-linked capital.
Jackson has a BA in economics and engineering from Dartmouth College.
Jackson is an avid San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors fan and likes to spend his time hiking, golfing, reading and traveling among other activities.
